Profile information is available via the Office Settings section of the Location Information. Your company name, logo and address can also be modified here. Please make sure it’s up to date for billing purposes.

Yes, as your business grows you may scale up to a larger plan to accomodate more traffic. Please give us a call when ready.

We operate on a monthly billing period which starts on the initial sign-up date. For example, if you sign up for a plan on 4/22/2025, the plan will renew on 5/22/2025. If you change your plan in the middle of the billing period, the change date will be your new start date. Your plans quota is reset on your renewal date, not the date of your first transaction.

Plan may be canceled by a 30-day notice. Please contact our office if you need to modify or cancel your plan.

There are no limits on how many deliveries you can enter per day or month.

Billing history can be viewed on the MyDispatch Payment tab section of the Office Settings.

Yes, MyDispatch Technical Support is included with all of our plans. Customers receive premium support and dedicated technical support resources.

Yes, of course. We have created a custom page for you with your company logo. You may put this link order entry on your website or give it to your customers.

Your customers can enter delivery order which will popup immediately on your dispatching page.

Yes. We provide a tracking page (optional) which allows your customer see where their package is at any given time. Customers are also able to leave delivery instructions such as entry gate code number.

Yes. We provide an option that allows each customer to drag&drop fields from database to customize their report. Reports can be generated in various formats such as CSV, PDF, EXCEL, etc.etc.

Yes, of course. We have Android and iPhone apps that allow the driver view tickets, capture POD, capture delivery image, scan barcode, mark as delivered, etc.etc.
