Additionally, MyDispatch.com goes through monthly stress/security tests by TrustWave. Our compliance with the PCI DSS is validated every month in regards to our policies, procedures, and technical systems that store, process and/or transmit cardholder data.
We also have a 100% redundant system in place meaning if in an unlikely event, one data center goes down, all traffic is re-routed to another data center within 5 seconds. The servers at these two sites talk to each other and keep data in sync in real-time.

These measures include technical and procedural steps to protect your data from misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, loss, alteration, or destruction.
